A flat monthly rental fee is based on the apartment you choose.  Your rent includes the cost of your private apartment, all utilities (except phone and cable), food and meal preparation and many other benefits.  Your monthly rent provides you with complete freedom and the support you require to live an independent and carefree life.

      Current rental rates are as follows:

One Bedroom/One Person                $1942.50-$2100
One Bedroom/Two Persons              $2457.50-$2615

Two Bedroom/One Person               $2520-$2625
Two Bedroom/Two Persons             $3035-$3140

      Renters will secure their apartments with a deposit of one month’s rent.
