We recognize that every financial situation is unique.  That is why we offer our residents and their families choice when it comes to our monthly accommodation fee. 

In some cases, residents are looking for a place to invest some of their savings and to use that investment to lower the cost of their day-to-day living expenses.  Other residents prefer to pay a flat rental fee and maintain their investments elsewhere.  In some cases, family members choose to cover the cost of their loved one’s living expenses. 

In all cases, Martha’s House offers choice and encourages you to select the option that best suits you.
