The St. Michael’s Foundation is an independent, non-profit organization formed to provide a structure through which individuals, corporations and other groups can support health care for:

• a rapidly growing seniors population
• individuals requiring rehabilitative care
• individuals requiring palliative care (less than 3 months to live)
